No. We offer only monthly recurring subsciption. However, if you wish to cancel Silver or Gold Membership you can disable auto-debit in your credit and debit cards or disable UPI AutoPay. This does automatically downgrade you to Free Membership.

You can also contact us to cancel your Silver or Gold Membership 3 days before the end of the billing cycle. 

Subscription fee is NON-REFUNDABLE other than in case where wrong payments have been done or mandated by law. If We terminate the agreement, you will be refunded on pro-rata basis. Any refund to be made will be made through the same medium as originally received from.

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care within 24 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the print shop has not already started the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.

There is a minimum cancellation fee which is charged to cover the Printing Process expense. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.

Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer. The refund duration is 5-7 days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please contact us.

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

Once your items are returned, you will receive notification of your refund or new order.

Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached, in the state you received them and made within 7 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description.

All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges are free but the shipping fee will not be refunded for returned items.

Due to their delicate nature, screen printed posters cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.
